The help desk and supporting applications requested detailed technical information on Citrix connections for over 4000 users. This information was initially logged into a nosql redis cache solution and now should be supplied for the analysis and reporting to the existing applications and services.
To perform an analysis of Citrix session information, we created an OLAP cube and populated it with the data by means of a custom ETL process. The data were retrieved from a nosql data source (redis), and then they were cleansed and validated. A REST Service has been developed to deliver required data to the existing applications for further analysis.
