It is supported not only through the quality of a service or a product, but also through the introduction of loyalty programs. Nowadays modern smart phones and their apps can substitute usage of paper coupons, or plastic bonus cards and greatly facilitate a company’s turnover through loyalty programs.
Our clients have introduced the loyalty programs that provide various discounts and service options to attract new customers. We in turn developed the data collection apps, which supported these loyalty programs for the most popular mobile platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile.
While participating in the loyalty programs customers were able to use the company website, scan coupon barcodes, and receive coupons and other rewards through the apps. Usage of mobile apps eliminated the necessity to use a discount/loyalty card. The collected information was integrated into the corporate data store and provided additional insights for data mining and decision making.
