We strongly believe in a combination of team work and individual personal input and responsibility.
If you book a flight, it is not necessary to know the pilot’s name to get to your destination. But for software development it is different. Due to existing software complexity, the large number of emerging software technologies, frequent requirement changes, it matters who supports you on your way to success. Software development is less dangerous than the job of a pilot. Nevertheless, if you compare software developers with pilots, imagine that, despite many common controls, for every flight some control devices in the cockpit are added or redesigned; air traffic controllers are constantly asking you to change the set route; the flight is weeks or months long; the final destination airport is not clearly defined and in-flight refuelling is frequently required. Therefore, we believe that team work among strong individuals in software development matters.
